License

Ignis Algos Inc. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Mia Bedtime Stories on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service. The app is intended to be set up and used by a parent or guardian.

Free use and one-time Full Unlock

• The app is free to download and try.
• Unlimited stories are available as a one-time in-app purchase through Google Play (currently $2.99). It is not a subscription and never renews or charges again.
• The unlock is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on your devices with the app's restore-purchases option.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google's refund policies.

Stories and names

Stories are pre-written, family-friendly content personalized only with the first name a parent provides. Please use a real first name or a nickname your child likes — do not enter another person's private information. Story content is for your family's personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ignis Algos Inc.'s liability for claims arising from the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
